Challenge
Keeping focused and organising studies/tasks. Time management and completing tasks
Solution
Set targets for tasks you want to focus on. These are supported by pre- loaded personalised strategies that keep you on track.
How it works
Step 1 – Select tasks from the pre-loaded list or add your own.
Step 2 – Assign indicators, responses and actions for each task. Actions can include setting a reminder or a positive reinforcement as an image, video or text. Also, you can instruct Study Key to notify or alert your support person/people for when you log certain responses – for instance, if your responses indicate that you are struggling or falling behind with coursework or tasks.
Step 3 – To log a response, click on ‘Tasks’ from the home screen, select a task from your list and choose a response. The responses you log will be recorded and you will be able to view them in your insights section.
Step 4 – View the image, video or text, as set as a positive reinforcement. If selected, notifications and alerts will automatically be sent to your support person/people.
Help you to see your progress, reflect on achievements and build on development. These can be shared with mentors/support people to help identify areas for support.
Challenge
Recalling, recognising and reflecting on progress and development. Communicating how things are going with studies/tasks with those who can support (such as tutors and mentors).
Solution
Details from task response logs are assimilated into an easy to interpret graph to track progress over a selected date range. You can invite support people to be part of your Study Key. Assigned support people have access to your insights and reports so they can track your progress and identify areas in which you may need additional support.
